In your complaint message please specify:
- Your carrier.
- Precise address where you downloaded a problem game.
- Your handset mode.
- Your Mobile Arena login and password (if any).
In case of problems with game activation please, also specify:
- Your handset number
- Date and approximate time when the activation was carrying out.
We guarantee to take all measures necessary for elimination of our services' problems, caused by our company.
In case problems are connected with user's failure to comply with the terms of ordering, defects or incompatibility of GSM mobile phone with chosen content, and also other, not depending on us cases, we reserve the right to act to our own discretion in every particular case, however we will take all measures to satisfy the complaints of our clients.
